Who you are buying from

This store sells official merchandise of the Monster Toyo project. Orders, payments and fulfilment are processed through Shopify.

Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock is not reserved until payment completes. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we refund in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. Ship dates shown on the product page are estimates and can move; we will tell you if they do, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before shipping.

Intellectual property

The Monster Toyo name, logo, artwork and product designs belong to the project. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
