When does my order ship?

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 2–4 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date printed on the product page.

What does pre-order mean?

The run has not been produced yet. You pay in full to reserve your size and colour, and we ship as soon as it lands. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Sometimes. Use the "notify me" form on the product page and you will hear first if that exact size comes back.

Which currency am I charged in?

All prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate.

Can I change my order after paying?

Write to us straight away. If the parcel has not been packed yet we can usually change the size or address.

Do you ship to my country?

Almost certainly. Add the item to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact rate.
