Fourteen days from delivery, no interrogation.

You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to start a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to start

Email us with your order number and what you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, we refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships.

Exceptions

Hand-distressed and made-to-order pieces are returnable only if faulty, since every one is finished individually.
